New Camp Meadowbrook

In late 2013 construction began on the new Camp Meadowbrook. The Cullman County Soil and Water Conservation District decided to upgrade the Meadowbrook facilities to better serve the community and our conservation education programs.

The main building is now complete. After 4 years of not being able to utilize Meadowbrook for conservation and agriculture related education programs, like the distric's three-day Teachers Workshop, North Alabama Agriplex's Touring Farms for Kids, Meadowbrook was back on track and ready to host in 2015.

The United States Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Councils and other farm/conservation groups will again be able to use Meadowbrook for training sessions, team meeting and outreach programs.

The new Meadowbrook gives us the ability to do more and better programs. To help with the expenses of Meadowbrook the facility is available for corporate and business conference/meetings, reunions, receptions, weddings etc. For more Information please phone the Cullman County Soil and Water Conservation District at 256-734-1431.
